Lauren Cola is the President and CEO of A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. She has over 24 years of investment marketing and technical project management experience. Lauren began her career in investment management at Citibank Asset Management and continued for the next decade with several sales and marketing positions at Bankers Trust Company, HSBC Asset Management, and Chase Asset Management. In 1998, she founded A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc.
Lauren is a member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) and the Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR). She holds a B.S. degree from Boston University and is a graduate of the Wharton/AIMSE Investment Marketing Program. Click here for a video message from Lauren.
Melanie Horvath is an Executive Vice President and the Director of Global Sales and Marketing at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. She has over 18 years of investment marketing, product management, and database/RFP management experience. Melanie began her career in investment management as a brokerage assistant at Western Financial Corporation, an independent retail brokerage firm. She then spent 14 years at Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management, where she held several marketing management positions, including manager of the firm’s product management, database, and RFP teams. Melanie’s business project level experience varies from finding efficiencies through automation to streamlining processes. Her firm level project experience spans from automating data collection to working on global competitive analysis solutions for Allianz Global Investors. After having been a client of A.S.A.P. for 8 years, Melanie joined the A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. team in 2009.
Melanie is a member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) and the Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR). Melanie earned her B.B.A. degree, with an emphasis on Marketing, from National University School of Business.
Jill Banaszak is the Director of Client Service at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been an Account Manager for both traditional and hedge fund managers. Jill has been instrumental in heading the Client Service group, working with all Account Managers and the Quality Assurance team to provide exceptional service. Prior to joining A.S.A.P., Jill worked in the marketing and advertising industry, developing marketing campaigns for various businesses.
Jill is an active member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) and the Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR). She is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she received a B.S. degree in Public Relations (and a minor in Business Administration) with highest honors.
Management Staff
Jaime Arroyave Jr. is a Client Service Manager at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. He has more than 4 years of experience in the investment management industry, specifically within data mining and client service functions. Most recently, Jaime was a Data Services Specialist with Informa Investment Solutions. In that role he handled support, troubleshooting and verification of investment manager institutional and retail data.
Jaime holds a B.A. in Social Science from Tulane University.
Sharí Cruz is the Business Development Manager at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. She joined the team in 2005 and leads the firm’s sales efforts. During her tenure, Sharí has helped build A.S.A.P. to a base of over 70 asset management clients worldwide. Prior to joining A.S.A.P., Sharí was a Sales & Marketing Associate at kasina, a consulting firm specializing in e-business and distribution for investment managers. She has more than 6 years of experience in the investment management industry.
Sharí is an active member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) and the Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR). She is a graduate of Adelphi University, where she received her B.A. in Psychology.
Lisa Hensel is a Client Service Manager at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. She has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services/investment management industry, specifically within marketing, client service, and database/RFP management. Most recently, Lisa was Manager of Marketing and Sales Support for Brandywine Global Investment Management, where she led the Marketing and Sales Support team for both Institutional and Retail channels. Lisa earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Marketing, from Messiah College and earned her M.B.A. from Goldey Beacom College (with honors).
Nikki Metz is a Project Manager at A.S.A.P Advisor Services, Inc. She has 6 years of experience in the financial services industry. Nikki began her career as a personal assistant to a financial advisor and then spent 4 years at Cambridge Investment Research, Inc, an independent broker-dealer. While at Cambridge, she managed three dynamic advisor service teams. One team offered personalized training and troubleshooting for a proprietary customer data management database. A second team populated customer data in the proprietary database and provided basic support related to the required verification of that data. The third team offered services for advisors utilizing a consolidated performance reporting tool.
Nikki obtained her NASD Series 7 license in 2004. She holds an A.A. degree from Indian Hills Community College.
Jill Turner is a Client Service Manager at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. She has over 18 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, including due diligence, portfolio management, and research. Jill began her career at Commodities Corporation, where she held several research and manager selection positions. Prior to joining A.S.A.P., Jill spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs, including 2 years with Goldman Sachs Asset Management International in London. Her positions at Goldman Sachs included 7 years in portfolio management/manager selection and, most recently, 4 years as a member of the Due Diligence team within Goldman Sachs’s Hedge Fund Strategies group, where she developed and led the team’s Focus Group process.
Jill holds a NFA Series 3 license. She received a B.A. degree from Carleton College and did extensive graduate-level work at Emory University.
Scott Tyndale is a Client Service Manager at A.S.A.P. Advisor Services, Inc. He has more than 8 years of experience in the investment management industry, specifically within marketing and client service functions. Most recently, Scott was Vice President of Marketing/Client Service Support for Systematic Financial Management, LP.
Scott is a member of the Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR). He is a graduate of Clemson University, where he received his B.S. in Marketing and minored in Business Management.
